Spring 2023 Trade Event

You can register attendance for you and any team members via our simple, new online booking system by clicking on the relevant button on the left of this page.

Following pre-dinner drinks, we will be hosting a black tie event with a three-course dinner with wine for £75+VAT per person. Following the meal, there will be live evening entertainment. You can book your attendance for the evening event when you register.

If you wish to park at the hotel for the CMJ Trade Event, you must provide your number plate details when registering. This will allow you to park your car using the automated vehicle recognition system from Saturday to Monday.

Please note that requesting car parking does not guarantee you a parking space. The hotel car park can become extremely busy; if you are unable to park at the hotel, you will need to use the nearest NCP car park and will be responsible for payment.

Our guide during the day is for you to be comfortable. As you will be doing business with members, usual work attire is appropriate.

For the evening event, the dress code is black tie.

• 07:00 – Halls open for supplier set up
• 8:30 – Supplier network meeting & digital insights
• 9:00 – Retailer network meeting & digital insights
• 9:30 – Halls open for retailers
• 11:45-14:30 – Lunch
• 17:00 – Halls close
• 17:00 – An introduction to the Metaverse
• 19:00 – Pre-dinner drinks 
• 19:30 – Black tie dinner and evening entertainment

Monday

• 08:30 – Halls open for supplier set up
• 10:00 – Halls open for retailers 
• 11:45-14:00 – Lunch
• 13:30 – Clarity & Success Q&A session
• 14:00 – Pursuit Q&A session
• 16:00 – Halls close
