Spring 2023 Trade Event Supplier Information

If you are the lead supplier and you are wanting to book a stand, please use the button on the left to visit our stand plan and reserve your stand position.

Please note, the lead supplier is the member of your team that is responsible for booking the stand and delivery requirements.

This state of the art system has been created to make registering easier than ever. You simply need to enter the email address of your team members that will accompany you and they will receive a link to book their place at the Spring Trade Event.

Following pre-dinner drinks, we will be hosting a three-course dinner with wine for £75+VAT per person. Following the meal, there will be live evening entertainment. You can book your attendance for the evening event when you register.

If you wish to park at the hotel for the CMJ Trade Event, you must provide your number plate details when registering. This will allow you to park your car using the automated vehicle recognition system from Saturday to Monday.

Please note that requesting car parking does not guarantee you a parking space. The hotel car park can become extremely busy; if you are unable to park at the hotel, you will need to use the nearest NCP car park and will be responsible for payment.

Our guide during the day is for you to be comfortable. As you will be doing business with members, usual work attire is appropriate.

For the evening event, the dress code is black tie.
