The Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ) has launched a vodcast series, called CMJ Presentsโฆ, which aims to share data, insight and expert opinion with the wider jewellery and watch industry.
Each episode will focus on different topics, such as trends, best practice, insights from the group and member profiles. The first two episodes are already live and available to watch on the CMJโs YouTube channel @companyofmasterjewellers.
The first episode, called CMJ Presentsโฆ Christmas Retail Insights, sees CMJ Director of Membership Development Patrick Turner and Jen Marsden, CMJ Market Insightsย &ย Digital Development Manager, dive into the results of the groupโs Christmas survey, revealing key insights from members. They go on to explore how retailers can leverage these findings to strengthen their businesses heading into 2025.
Episode two, called CMJ Presentsโฆ Multiple Retailer Insights, follows the release of the CMJโs latest annual Multiples Report, which is exclusively available to CMJ retailer members. In this discussion, Jen and Patrick explore how members can analyse and apply this information on the UKโs largest jewellery conglomerates to plan key periods, track industry trends, and align their strategies with major competitors.
